From early morning behind the coffee machine, Ben has moved through sales, roasting, green buying and sourcing. Most notably he setup a green coffee sourcing and roasting operation for the UK’s Tate Galleries, roasting for the 2014 UK Barista Championship and Brewers Cup winners.
